Spacious loft apartments are an expression of a modern and urban lifestyle and style. So it's no wonder that the demand for attractive lofts is constantly increasing. However, there is only a very limited number of historical buildings in which loft concepts can be implemented. With a keen sense of urban aesthetics, we implemented the new building project “New Lofts Göggingen”. Three structures fit stylishly into the historic site of the Ackermann sewing thread factory (ZNFG). The architecture of the new building is provided with classic style elements. Here, too, a large-scale living environment was created, which impresses with its openness. In addition, there are garden areas with terraces and spacious balconies.
